Will you be contractor or employee? The guy I worked for contracted with them and it was a constant pain in the ass, always disputing activated boxes they were trying to charge him with etc etc...He lasted about 2 years and just couldnt do it no more. He is currently in court proceedings trying to recover faulty chargebacks. If your gonna contract you need a big bank account to get you through why you fight for your dough. This was a guy who was all about customer satisfaction, lowest non responders out of any subs in the place etc..I dont know what he was paid but he paid me 70-20 and 80-20 .
As far as employee status, here in Ma multiband employees are union now and the guys are looking alot happier although im not sure what they make but I think its 5 day week all benefits and on and on, plus in Ma employees cannot get chargebacks.
