The government has to let dope into the country: There is too much money too lose all the way down the line from producers to smugglers to the justice system all the way to the prison budgets. Over 85% of the prison population is there because of either using dope, selling dope, or doing crimes to support the dope habit. It's all about the dope. Got any?
