I dont know about Massachusetts or Rhode Island but in NW Indiana Comcast is using ACI. They are a nation wide company. I used to collect here in Indiana but they cut the rates so low my company laid every body off and my fornmer boss has to collect now. He is anticipating losing his contract after doing it in this aera for over 20 yrs.. So if you can find somone to pay more than 7-9 $ a box good luck. And the way it still works here is he still gets work that is allready complete. So they realy dont care about collectors.. Good Luck
