I am from the brace and bit generation myself...don't work the line anymore..now I work a pen and have for years...This is on another topic but a good ground hand can run a crew in to the dirt....If they are on their game, they can make ya some cold hard cash..I know a few guys that were foreman and worked the ground...the climbers could not read the print but they could climb...sad.....nuff said......just my 2 cents.....skid.....
