Just a reminder that the emails you get are from real people looking for work. So may be qualified, some may be hacks, some are starting out some are finishing up but all of them deserve a response, even if it's a one liner "Thanks but you're not what we're looking for".
I can't believe the number of time I've responded to jobs here on the bar and never heard any response. It makes you wonder the kind of employer you'd be. Managers and Supers complain about the quality of people they have working...maybe you passed on someone, or they didn't respond because of the way the jobs are here. A one-way street.
This industry is enough trouble without a hiring manager throwing up another block to good people.
