Not FSLA cases the judge awards att fees ontop of what the court finds the defn owes and the plaint gets his whole share. Its different in Labor cases. Cabledad the most recent settle was 14 million by charter google it and youll get to read the entire settlement the att fees are sep from the Plantifs award.
Oh P.S why not rally there SC offices. It seems SC has a law that requires low voltage workers have a state lic...
