Well since this was taped earlier, you can tell he didn't learn a damn thing because nothing has changed with DirecTV or Dish.  They still screw over their contractors.  But the show should be good for a laugh and to see how staged it is.  Cause u know they ain't going to put him with a HSP contractor and have him listen to how they don't get paid for the work they do.  There are more lawsuits filed against either DirecTV or Dish over labor and techs not getting paid than any other company in the US.  Just check out the add that keeps flashing on here about overtime lawsuits
