I got the TPP software from JDSU.  I can't get my meter to sync.  Spent 2 hours on the phone with JDSU with no success.  They even remotely took over the meter and my computer and still couldn't get it to sync.  They could download pics to their server but not my computer.  They think it is something with my computer.  Does anybody have any tips.  I would get another computer but I want to keep XP and I'm not sure a new computer would do it anyway.
