speaking as a retired grunt, linemen baby their grunts. when i started in the 90's, a grunt had 2 and 3 linemen, and they'ed best not fall behind. a good crew is only as fast as their grunt. wipe the breast milk and get your asses to work. most guys think that just because i can do it, that they can too. Bullshit!!!!!!! i've put many a men to shame!!!! recipe for a good grunt : for the first week you work their asses off, cuss 'em, and make them earn their money. they come back the second week, well then pay them a fair wage and get the lasher spinning.
