But to answer your question, what exactly are you looking for "in writing"? I guess the first place to look is the instructions in every coring tool box. Beyond that each system is different specs.
What I can't imagine is how the fuck you got to be a "construction manager" without either knowing about, or where to get the info you need for splicing. Shit like this is what is destroying the industry. No offense intended.
