Thats just the crap the lawyers and bureaucrats make them hang up. Kinda like a disclaimer. That way if you get hurt, damage someone's property, or get caught doing something you shouldn't be doing they can say.."Well it's clearly posted right here.". Although I do find it strange that you can't sleep overnight, but can leave a boat trailer parked for UP TO 18 hours.
