No offense taken,,,,I made em up for getting around amps, or what ever else is in the way. So,, I know they work. Of course you don't use em on every pole, just where you need em. When you catch a strap with fiber and shave the jacket, you look to see how too correct that dilemma, so that it does not happen again. They're linemen proof, other than loosen em. Paint em florescent orange, and they still lose em. Spin em on, spin em off. You can pick up all materials at your local cable company. You'll need some square nuts, and center slats, (square tubing) on the 8' metal conduit reals, cut to length. On the end for the roller, cut the square tubing at a 45 degree angle, and drill a hole in the the tubing, through the outter point of the 45 degree angle. This will allow for the roller to hang freely, as if it was on strand. Now take the center bolts out of some .625 reels and cut to length. Place the bolts through the holes and weld it up. There ya be,,,,,,
