From what i've seen, they are still paying the 2nd tuners, its normally like a 80/20/10 rate, you get 80 install/20 receiver/10 for 2nd tuners. Thats the going rate in this area. Sounds like the company you work for is the one that may have stopped paying the tuners, best thing to do is call a competing sub in the same area, or a different area, and ask.
