this is dtv new deal with service and eventually upgrades/former installs to check the previous installation and performance. This is rerunning the installation verification on these calls and without a success code unable to close out. I am a contractor and so far have literally has to walk out on two service calls because of being unable to fix/reinstall to get a proper completion. It was bad before if you had to get a waiver but almost impossible with this. I have never had problems as long as I am the one installing, outside of weather.
