I remember just before I moved to Japan in 2001 AT&T came close to loosing their Jacksonville Fl. franchise for poor service. The city was just about to cancel it when AT&T merged with ComCast. I don't know if they are still ComCast or not. Hope AT&T has their shit together this time.
