I had Uverse and switched back to TW...within the first 3 week of having the Uverse service, they raised their per box price and the premium channel price...I about had a cow...but I stuck with them...they were updating the software to allow whole house DVR watching, so the service, at first, was very iffy...then it settled down...then I got real tired of the $200.00 a month bill...switching back to TW (with virtually identical service) saved me $100.00 a month...it's really a no-brainer...Uverse is just too expensive...and the TW service in my area is actually pretty good...haven't had an outage since I switched back (4 months)...there's my 2 and a half cents worth...
