Post hole digger, hack saw & ground rod driver
1st you dig a 2ft pit with the post hole digger at a 45deg away from the pole
2nd you cut the arbor from the anchor.
3rd you drive the remainder of the anchor in the ground at a 45deg angle away from the pole to just about a foot below the pit.
4th take the cut off arbor and wedge it in the hole on the pole side of the rod as deep as you can get it.
5th attach your chain fall, preform to the anchor eye then back fill the pit, remember to tamp it in good.
6th jack her down nice and tighty, wrap it, cut your tails, guy guard finished
that is an old trick that the power company uses in the rear easement and you don't see any of their shit falling down now do you?
