Not sure, really depends on the their service and how reliable it is, some customers hate uverse, some say its great, IMO, its not going to be any different than TWC or Fios, it all boils down to how well their install is, and how much down time they have, if they get a solid install, and their service is up 99% of the time, then they will keep customers, if they have crap install, and constantly loose internet or TV, then they will be no different than TWC, comcast or any other provider 
Never argue with idiots, they'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience
