I got COX and in Nov when the contract with them is up I going to Fios.
I signed up for their triple play and never got the phone services I was promised.
When I called to ask where my voice mail, call waiting, and caller ID was they told me
it will cost $10.00 more a month. I said WTF it's suppose to be included in the package
I choose. Then last month they raised my cable rate, I supposable had a guaranteed
rate for 1 year. Once again I called about it and once again I got the song and dance
about why they could raise my rates. Then they ask me if I want to sign a 2 year contract.
I asked the person just what the fuck they have been smoken because I wanted some.
Told them if I did sign a 2 year contract I would expect them to kiss me first and use some
KY before they fucked me again. Poor bastard on the other end of the phone didn't know
weather to shit or wind his watch. Anyway I got the Fios guy coming next month. If I don't
get any better service I'll do the same as all of you and use the net and other sources for
my TV. With service like the above no wonder people hate the cable guy.
