I worked for them back in 2006. There training consists of sticking you with a tech and letting them teach. They hire as many people as possible to keep the amount of jobs you get low so they can send you to some of the other branches to help out. Lord forbid you ask a question to something that you don't know the answer to; they'll look at you like your a moron. I worked with the owners brother, and his people skills weren't all there.
