Salesdawg, I have never personally heard of anybody being denied  a job because of a DUI unless they are driving a company vehicle, in most cases event then they still hire ya,  It could be real and if it is the only thing that dissapoints me then is them not having me do the background check till the second week in to the process, they should of had me do that the first day they talked to me, that is kind of unproffesional and the people new i was on a fixed bankroll, took another week for them to do the background that usually 1 to 3 days by my experiences, it could of also been a excuse not to hire me if they got fully staffed after i talked to them,idk there though so i cant be for sure
