I have been doing only commercial work since 2004, and in my opinion those prices suck. That's only $10 more than a residential pays around here. You're getting hosed, unless it is just a one story doctor's office with easy roof access and no fire walls. Is he providing all your materials?
BTW, What kind of commercial jobs is he wanting you to do? SMATV Headends at nice hotels, or one room bars in the hood? More info will help.
