I pay my in-house guys $16 an hour, they do on average with prep and splice 50 burns a day. Figure with pickup $25k 5 year return, Splicer (SFM 50) and cleaver (CT-30) gray market $10k 5 year return, insurance, vacation, health ins, etc. My cost is $3 a burn........... They are in-house for our system so they don't travel.
