Negative, captain. City utilities. Yea, I wasn't going to go there. But, seeing how you did,,,It looked like they did a complete rebuild, who knows when. If you will notice, the bitch clamp cut on both sides, and still J-hooked to the pole. The whole town, every pole still has the old hardware attached. So, evidently, the wreck out crew only new how to work a pair of bolt cutters. The violations, I'm not even going to say anything, That just falls on deaf ears. But , I will say,, after riding their plant out, the integrity of it, looked tight and clean. Just my opinon. As for the dish on a utility pole,,,WRONG,,,you don't do that in these parts.
