They do but be advised that there is a "glitch" in the return response similar to a "tear drop" that may be seen anywhere between 5-MHz to 9-MHz (more typically 7 to 8-MHz) that gets worse with cascading taps. This "glitch" will vary with tap value and port type. If you look at the catalog specifications the 9000 series taps are ONLY spec'ed from 10-MHz up. This was because of the manufactured flaw. I used to be a field engineer for Philips Broadband Networks so I know what you should expect to see. If you have any questions, please call me on my cellular.
Please note that C-COR taps (built after the Philips buyout) should not be a problem and should say "C-COR" on the housing to the best of my knowledge. The 9000-series taps I am describing were manufactured around the 1995-1998 era.
