Working Again

The Bar is back up to speed, except for creating new accounts and the Chat server. I hope to have both of those fixed later today. If there are any other problems please let me know.

Thank you to everyone that sent email about the problem. There were so many that I read as many as I could but will not be able to respond to each personally, sorry.
