NEVER buy supplies with a credit card, why would you go into debt to work?  You should automatically keep about 20% of your invoice for materials, untill you get about a $500 buffer built up, then you just draw out of that $500 to buy matierals, and then pay it back when you get your next check

Don't forget uncle sam, most people recommend saving about 25% of your checks aside to pay him off at the end of the year, anything left over, you keep.

I would never recommend anyone putting anything on a credit card, thats just eating into your money, stay out of debt.
