Does it count as an EOL? or not, is the question. On my last sweep job I got into a debate about end of lines with a co worker, and opinions seem to change depending on who you ask (production sweepers or system guys). So I have decided to take a poll.
When you have a terminated tap, housing to housing on an active. Do you sweep it and count it as an end of line for documentation? Yes or No and why?
