Thinking of working for them. My understanding is in my area Wave isn't working directly with Directv they are working for Wise Owl, who is working directly for Directv. Never really got involved with working as a sub contractor to a sub to a sub. Don't know why they aren't directly with Directv but they aren't. This is in the KC market. Met with one of the guys with Wave and he seems like a solid guy to me. I just want to make sure things will go well and I won't be looking for a new deal soon after. Been cooked a time or two and not wanting to add to that number
. Just for the record I'm not saying anyone would try and play games but thought this would be a source of a reference for them. If it's good, they earned it, if it's bad they earned it type of thing. Almost every company here in the area is paying a hire on bonus for exp techs and paying any certs that need done(I guess they can't find mine) but Wave says they are unable to do this.
