Its along story man.  I did what I had to do.  As long it worked. I'm happy.   dont care were he goes.  Its less headaches on me and alot less training time to worry about.  Now I am looking for somebody that is alot easier to train and has sometype of background.  This guy didnt have a bit of training anywhere.
