You have major issues.  I highly suggest you go see a shrink.  Second, I am not a installer. at least not anymore.  I have done moved up the ladder.  Lets just say you would have to answer to me if you ever came into my system.  I started from the ground up.  Been their and done that.  As for this guy that I was training, I knew for a fact he didnt have what it take to do any kind of cable work.  Hell, he couldnt even handle a ladder.  What makes you think he can handle hooks.  He could barely speak english.  That is why I have gotten rid of him.  IF you know anything about business, you just cant go up and fire somebody for no reason.  I went through the proper channels.  Now he is gone.  Now get a grip and go see a shrink.
