Hookman, apparently you some major issues.  May I remind you even though installers are lowest on the pole, they also keep the money rolling in for the rest of us.  Lineman, Service techs and installers all have a place.  If one is missing, there is no work and there is no money.  If you were never a installer, then I believe you need to put your money were your mouth is.
