As for the sneakers and hard hat. I have been on him for several days for him to get boots. As for the hard hat, He whines like you wouldnt believe. Keeps telling me no fit, no fit. As one of you mention about a midspan. He did have one that same day. I about died laughing. This guy was shaking for everything he had. Scared the hell out of him. It was enough to get him out of the bussiness. Plus it doesnt help when the person you are training is related to the owner of the company either. Lets just say this guy went back being a pencil pusher. I gave him all the warnings in the world about this type of work. He didnt take the warnings. All this in the first day of training. I havnt laugh so hard in a long time.
As for the hard hat and sneakers. He was warned. Plus, he isnt from the good ole AMERICA either. I am desperetly trying to get good AMERICAN blood here.
