You are late guy.  That has been a requirement of many coutries. IN Holland you must have a job, learn the language, and if you have a degree you must translate it in to dutch before they will accept it as a degree and let you becaome a citizen.  So you are spouting known info that you just learned.  Youneed to travel or obtain international contracts to work in other countries and it may broaden your mind.  I can tell that you do not have a passport or if you do you dont use it.  Go travel and experience different cultures guy.  Saber was right youare young and ill add dumb. Lmao
