If it's the same Pioneer Cable that is in the Seattle area, they are a pretty big firm. Pretty much a straight forward place, but you had best know your stuff. They don't put up with hacks or any 'games' from the techs. They run new trucks and vans and have a very fair pay scale (for today's standards). Best bet if you get hired on is to keep your head down, do your work correctly, and you'll do fine.
