Supplying SS # and DL should be done after you are hired and have to see HR. Yahoo email accts. and cell phones are usually a clue the persons are either clueless or harvesting info for ghost techs. Heck if you gonna play the game for $7.99 a month you can have unlimited space+ & bandwidth! 1000 email accounts, and unlimited MySQL Databases on quite a few server farms, and most of them have website designer software for you to use with stock photos and such to make any mamma's basement business look corporate, and if their not smart enough to figure this out especially being in the communications and media biz, then just say NO!
