I saw the cop in the rear at 1:09 when he was touting 69 mph, I watched it several times and never saw the plain wrapper anywhere. Coming out with gun drawn is excessive then no badge on top of that bs.. Now to the filming deal, they can try him but under the constitution of the US 1st amendment he can video and post what ever the hell he wants. That is unless its a private me to you conversation, why whenever you call the bank or where ever they tell you in the recorded message that the conversation is being recorded, they say for training but more for if you flie a complaint against them for the person you spoke too's actions. Wife used to work for a collection service and thats what they used it for...
