good luckk i have grad with 8 certifications from ncti moved from a small company called knology  to a BIG company with comcast and they still treat you like a neewbee    with small pay,and been an installer back in the day to service and lead to maint. and to come to a system like comcast who start you at the bottom is just like getting kick in the nuts!!!! so now i know to find another job!!! i have never seen  such a turn-over rate through employees ever in this hard of a time....but my ass will be appreciated else where....they dont care about the front-line....alll about the numbers
