Dish/Directv Installers I got a Question


Guys, I have a retailer wanting me to do work for them but I got questions about their policies. First the pay is 70/15 which is kind of low for me, pay is work a week, then two weeks out, Then they hold 5% out of each install for 90 days and then go to refunding at the 90 day period in case of service calls and you are no where to be found, which I have no problem warrantying my work,, then if the customer cancels for any reason in the first 90 days they charge you back for the install, even though they made the sale and it may be no fault of your own, could be any reason. Also they try to dictate your custom rates, I mean their is limits all companies have, but they want to dictate whether you do it and what you do it for. Another thing is I don't know the schedule until the mourning of, I do work for other companies too so it makes it hard to be an independent contractor. What do you guys think about these policies?
