Could it be a olive branch and a place of reconcillation?  Why not protest against scotland for letting the lockerby scotland bomber out?  A muslim killed Americans on that flight.  Remember there were some Muslims killed in the 911 terrorist act. So do you say forget them because a sect of thier faith did it so they have no need for a memorial or a mosque for thier loved ones?  Its not bigger than the 911 site or on the same block.  Ok how many blocks away from the 911 site is cool?
