several years ago a construction worker was killed when he was hit in the head from a worker using the wrong color charge & the wrong caliber for the type of job he was doing and it penetrated the cement block
and killed the worker on the other side of the wall, he used the M40 6.8mm blacks that was meant for attaching 1/4"steel to steel Beams and he was attaching 14ga metal frame furing strips to a block wall.
