Yeah, I just don't know who that is that he reports to.  I am going to call Andy P. today.  He is the VP of technical operations for Suddenlink.  It just so happens that I did his install for him when I was doing Dish network installs in St Louis.  So not only do I have his business card, I got his home and cell numbers too.
