I had a friend in Chicago back in 67 and he would go to the waffle house's or other 24hr places and set at the tables reserved for the Chicago Cops and put LSD in the ketchup bottles, the waitress would always move him to another table to sit and he & his friends would eat & drink coffee and wait
He claimed he tripped out at least 200 chicago cops
I am a survivor of Woodstock,Bull Island,Ozark Music Festival, US Fest 82, could you imagine how many different law enforcement agencies would be there
if we had something like that today
