DOL needs to investigate and drop the gauntlet on these primes who like to "screw" guys out of monies earned period. Nor paying ot, backcharges for employees, making guys "rent/lease" tools when they are employees. The IRS needs to gig the ones that hit up for backchargs then give a guy a w-2 with that money as income for the tech. Maybe then the gov't will put the screws to the unscrucpulous primes...
