Thats my point in all of this.  Ive watched hundreds of techs fill out fake returns miles driven, now Ive scene a return were a installer manufactures goods and pays commission on his Sched C.  This was not filed out by him but a shady accountant.  Most all are funneled to him.  I have a 1099 with 72k, I filled it out and had my miles phone etc deductions, I owed 9k in taxes.  The I got a copy of  another installer who made the same amount and paid the shady accountant and guess what hes getting 3k back.  I looked at the Sched C and its all wrong the miles are double, he even paid for advertising and an attorny, commission paid to others.  This is the point if I watched hundreds do it around my area then of course its happening all over the US.
