Need help setting up Birdog Ultra

When alighning the SWM i am not showing a number %. And I can turn the dials 10 turns when dithering before the bar will move. Was getting a waver from ISS due to a storm and he give me some instructoins on how to make the meter more sinsitive but did not make much since when I tried it. If anyone has an ultra please let me know how yours is set up. Thanks..
