I wasn't even sure they still had rules like that, ie. they have to sell so many rear wheel drive etc. Thats good to know.
And I agree with making a standard wheel base and for sure making them 110". It surely cuts costs and needs to happen all the way down to the local level. For instance, locally here, we have 5 asphalt tracks within 2 hours from home and at best we could race on 2 of them with the same car. ( a sportsman) That's done by track owners trying to keep a steady base of cars, I understand but it is frustrating to the people who actually make these races happen, so good move by NASCAR on that one.
