i use to have a contracting company with directsat chicago, they were horrible, never had the equipment order, never had the money to pay and tried to back charge for every job install,(they would call the customer and ask them stupid questions, and if they answer one wrong back charge) took me 4 months and a lawyer to get the 12g's they owed me, and the managers were completely under qualified for the job, one had never been in cable/sat industry, but he had a college degree...... in history... and it was his first job after college.
