My take is that if you were being paid as an employee the rate of pay should of been 1/3 of the prices prime was getting plus OT factor even though it is piece work. Most Primes have no idea that you have to pay OT for piece work. That being said if they were doing things on teh up and up ( most are not though) then 1/3 was fair IF and big If , was if theythey were paying for gas and supplying vehicles plus the cost of taxes and WC and other insurances. These cost eat you alive.
If you were working as a 1099 then at least 60 % should go to you. Looks like many here were treated as 1099 but paid employee wages.
