Thats what comcast calls "employee based" employment. Total tricknology and because they have such a monopoly they get away with it.  I feel for ya guy, thats messed up. If all the gus said no to it they would change.  They need us now because in some places they have a 30 day wait for customers and more of stand up it will be longer than that.  So all of us are not going for the trickmology of these greegy mso's; myself included.  Good luck.
